I returned a bag with them and still have gotten my refund. It’s been almost two weeks this is unacceptable. I’m very furious. I called so many times with no definite answer. Next step is a trip to the store to confront them personally.
Attempted to purchase an MCM bag, but was only offered the floor model. Then was suggested a low quality michael's khors bag instead. Quite unprofessional that they assumed my budget was low.
