I called to inquire about breach of contract services. I asked three questions, and the person who answered kept saying she did not know. All I asked is if they handle consumer contracts and if they are taking new clients. She engaged in professional incompetence, and that was after I asked if she worked there or if she was a third party, and she said she does work there.
