This place had my taxes for 6 weeks. I called to check to see why I hadn't received a call and the woman that answered informed me that they were not done and they would file a extension. I said ok but I would hope they could finish them before the May deadline since they already had them for so long. She said maybe and we hung up. Stay far away from this place. They lost my taxes. (Are you sure you dropped them off)? Then I finally went to pick them up after 3 weeks and they were wrong. The guy did them over while I waited. About a week went buy and I checked the IRS website and he never sent them in even after I called it still took him 2 days.
