Simply the worst. Filth and rats and bed bugs. Robert Spitalnick is the owner of this property.
Do not rent from these property managers. The heat in my apartment didn't come on until it was well below freezing outside. Our refrigerator wasn't functioning for over a month and attempting to get in touch with Mr. Spitalnick and his offices is nearly impossible. I've called nearly every day and left a cordial message to no avail. Our cabinetry to this day STILL isn't finished. I'll be taking up counsel of my own VERY soon if they don't rectify.
