I held my Change Your Story | Transform Your Life workshop at the end of January at Lindy Dewey’s SpiritWorks Retreat Center. It proved to be a most wonderful spot for the event. The workshop centered around yoga, meditation, music, and good food. Accommodations were quiet and comfortable. The teaching room, warm and cozy, with a view of forest and mountains was perfect.
