The artists at this shop are masters of their craft, I would absolutely recommend this spot if you're looking for Filipino heritage tattoos. If you're coming from out of town like I did, Zel is THE person to get your tattoo from. She does incredible line/design work and she is lightning quick! Ronna did an awesome tatak (hand poke) tattoo as my "wedding ring" and it turned out exactly as I wanted! Shout out to everyone at the shop!
I am beyond happy and in love with the piece Zel did for my half shoulder. She was such a trooper and very patient with me from start to finish. I've wanted the traditional tribal for the longest time and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Will definitely be making a comeback for future pieces.
Had Nate as my tattoo artist and he was amazing. I came from overseas for a big leg piece so only had one day to start and finish. I was quoted for a six hour session, but Nate smashed it out in four. He was a quiet, hard worker and made me feel comfortable throughout. Additionally the Spiritual Journey team are very chill and were down for a chat and to just hang out. The piece is one month healed and looks incredible. Thank you!
I got a shoulder tattoo here from Zel, and I am so happy with the results! A while ago, I had paid for the shop to research tattoo designs based on myself and my family’s history and ethnic background in the Philippines. I came in, and Zel showed me the motifs that they had identified as appropriate for me. I pointed to the ones that I wanted incorporated into my tattoo, and we got started. I got about a quarter of my arm tattooed, and it looks great! Took about four hours. Highly recommended!
