I don't think I realized the baseline of anxiety that I was carrying until I attended Danielle's Full Moon Ceremony. With the help of the combined intentions of the group, and the energies Danielle was able to channel through her sound healing and light language, I was able to allow my mind to rest, and let me spirit take the wheel for a while.
