Absolutely loved our visit to Spirits & Spice in Sedona! The products are top-quality — incredible spirits, unique spice blends, and delicious oils and vinegars — but the experience is what really sets this place apart. Definitely felt welcome. I forgot her name but the lady that helped us was very kind and loved her vibe. I got Tequila Reposado. The flavor was was great, as she mentioned I didnt need lemon or salt with it since it was going to be smooth. Definitely recommending and coming back!
My partner and I have been here a few times before and the experience was fine. This time, we wanted to sample a few liquors but no one was available to or offered to help us. Staff seemed to have no problem helping all the old white people in the store though! Just because we’re young and casually dressed doesn’t mean we’re broke.
We went in and one lady was nice and welcoming. The other employees were aloof and not helpful. I asked her about the tequila and she could not be bothered. I know we are tourists and all but we live in this state and we were excited about this store. We will not return or recommend.
