Staff have always been friendly and welcoming. This includes the new staff I have interacted with. They have helped me narrow down my selection with my preferences and desires, several times. Have tried some "new to me" stuff and was very satisfied on a number of occasions. Other times I have gotten assistance finding gummies with terpenes as I am finding those do the trick for me, it was again an awesome experience. Further last 7 months I had the privilege of being a budtender in this store. For personal reasons I had to say goodbye to the most amazing teammates a person could ever hope for. I felt the pay was fair and the management style did not try and suffocate you. The owner is kind and fair. We all know our jobs and he trusts us to do them.
