The company itself is a well-oiled machine. No doubt, run by former retailers of a different service. Efficient, customer oriented & knowledgeable teams help guide customers to their preferences or new experiences. My only reservation is that a large inventory acts as a double edged sword. Great selection, but some of the product sits for too long on the shelf.
I asked for some general admission flavoured/milled stuff. Very cheerful lady assures me “this stuff isn’t by GA but it’s the same type of thing. It’s a pineapple flavour.” Ok. So I spend $35 on something that smells like a musty basement after it rains. Definitely NOT even close. Just because it has “pineapple” in the name, doesn’t mean it’s pineapple flavoured.
