Worst customer service for Curb side pickup. They do not check the online system for incoming orders. Marked arrived online with vehicle details, waited 5 mins with no response. Did not attend the next 4 calls and was rude about it when answered the call. Did not greet or even apologise when came outside and told to wait patiently till someone comes out. Spiritleaf sold me the wrong product, failed to provide a receipt when I collected it, and assured me that the transaction information was saved in their database. I even presented my CAF Veteran identification, so they had every opportunity to verify both the purchase and my customer information. When I returned to the store, the employee demanded my full credit-card number to locate the transaction. That is not information a customer should be expected to disclose.
