3 years ago, this store was fantastic, and I gave it glowing reviews when under the brand Spiritleaf. Recently, they've rebranded as Value Buds, and this location has driven off a cliff in terms of customer service and atmosphere. The last two times I've been here, the staff members were both full of attitude and clearly hated being there. So I will no longer be a customer here and will go across the street. For a business a dime a dozen, you have horrible customer retention.
Worse dispencery Ive ever gone to in london rude staff and not that informed about products they sell and when asked about a products only to get a generalized response of its good and no way of knowing any info about the products or strains they sell until after purchasing and asking staff is useless as none of them seem interested in talking about any product and push higher priced products instead of answering simple questions. I’ve dealt with the same long dark haired girl there many times and she’s very rude. I’ve ever brought others to the store who felt the same. Seems like she doesn’t enjoy being at her job, and if you ask a question she makes it seem like it’s an inconvenience or makes you feel dumb for even asking. I’ll be taking my business to another value buds even though this one is right by my house.
