I had such a great experience at Value Buds in the plaza! The young lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Her positive energy made my whole visit better. I’ll definitely be back because of her!

Every time I try to shop here, it feels like a humiliation ritual. A few of the staff members are so miserable and it was enough for me to stop going after 2 years
I have to say, I've been to a few locations, and this by far is my fave. There's a lady who works there, I believe Bradey? She has been awesome every time I've come in...shes the first face I look for to answer my questions!! Knowledgeable and friendly...we've had some good chats lol.
My sister, a disabled young woman, was given very rude and inattentive service on February 4, 2026. She asked the young female attendant a couple of questions and was met with dismissive annoyance and blatant rudeness, from her entry till checkout. I am NOT impressed with how my sis was treated.
