The woman working at the kelowna location is not only rude but unprofessional with zero manners for customers. Getting your ALREADY PAID FOR ONLINE items from her is like being interrogated and truthfully never had such an unpleasant experience in a dispensary. Eta: Tried curbside pickup and waited an exceptionally long time before entering the store to be met with that was probably the most disappointing part.
Amazing people
The staff is really great here. They have lots of knowledge on the products and provide great customer service. I see them come to where I work from time to time and it's always a pleasant experience on my end and theirs. We are in the same complex after all. Lol
Myron was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit! Definitely coming back
