Their rating is only as good as it is because they demand staff beg for reviews. Caught them being rather awful about it. Switched shops for a bit to try and win a contest they recently hosted, visited a bunch to try and load up on the entries for the draw, only to hear the manager GAVE THE PRIZE TO HER SISTER. Always clean and friendly staff
Fantastic Customer Support across all of their locations; with this location itself having a large variety of options for every kind of persons needs. Will definitely be going to this location again anytime I can.
The woman working at the kelowna location is not only rude but unprofessional with zero manners for customers. Getting your ALREADY PAID FOR ONLINE items from her is like being interrogated and truthfully never had such an unpleasant experience in a dispensary. Eta: Tried curbside pickup and waited an exceptionally long time before entering the store to be met with that was probably the most disappointing part.
