No complaints.
Just opened a new account here. Was impressed with the small town, personal, friendly service. One small negative was that we were obliged to stand at the teller window while making a substantial investment and were asked very private info, like social security numbers, security questions and pin numbers, while other patrons were nearby. This should have been done in a more private setting. EDIT: Received a phone call from branch manager a few days later, apologizing for this situation.
5 stars for employees. 1 star for the lady Head of the Sapulpa Branch. She always politely harasses me. I been wNting to call corporate on her
