The owner was rude, difficult, and entitled. Communication was poor, and he provided broken cleaning equipment, then complained about the results. I arrived on time and used the supplies provided, but they were broken or ineffective. Despite doing my best with what was available, the owner Kevin was unreasonably critical afterward. Not a fair or respectful experience.Definitely not a pleasant experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Especially when he's trying to ruin a small business meanwhile boost his ego.
I commend Jonathan and the entire office for their attention to detail and care. Our entire experience was outstanding. Every interaction was beyond expectations. Thank you all
Process went very smoothly.
Jonathan made this process very easy for us. He answered all of our questions as we went along, even some we didn’t know we had. His main focus was to make sure we understood every step to allow all our needs to be met. Based on our experience, we are suggesting that our daughter come up and have her trust updated by Jonathan Thanks again.
