I just love The Spirit Well! I've been a patron for over a year now, and I’m so glad I found this gem. It's not just a lounge with delicious food; it truly feels like a community. My favorite thing to do is enjoy a healthy, organic, and homemade lunch here. The atmosphere is so inviting, and I love that I can relax in their cozy lounge afterward. Every visit feels special, and I can't recommend it enough!
I have had three appointments with Jillian, the integrative massage therapist. I cannot fully describe how incredible the experiences have been. She is able to locate trapped energy within my body and release it. It has been LIFE CHANGING for me. So much of my pain has been resolved and I feel revitalized.
