I’m not sure why the 1 star post about never being there should even be on this thread. Spirit is an incredible being and makes all her tipis with the utmost care and craftsmanship. I’m about to order my third tipi from her. She makes each purchase personalized and has truly above and beyond customer service.
I just saw her DVD on a PBS station. It looked great so I figured out it was hers and called to order one. Not only did I get great service, but I got a nice unhurried 10 minute phone conversation about tipis and some related topics. Ignore that one star review from someone who has never interacted with her. I get the vibe that this a labor of love for her and not some corporate thing.
