I was NOT disappointed! I really enjoyed my massage. I definitely will be booking another appointment. However, this one will be booked for the 90 minute massage. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself.

I had my first session with Alma who was kind, and welcoming. I immediately felt at ease. The spa is very relaxing. I had a massage for my very tense shoulders which is where my body stores all of it's tension. It was my first experience with cupping and I was so surprised to discover that the relaxation of the muscle settled in deeper than with just regular massage. Alma is simply put, the best! I've been seeing her for years. No matter what issue I present with she's got a technique to get me feeling good as new! She alters pressure as needed (without me even having to say anything), and is amazing when it comes to cupping. She's got a way about her that instantly puts you at ease, and there's never awkwardness. I honestly can't say enough about how great she is. Definitely book a session!
