Kate Leist is a really talented and thoughtful teacher. She has created a peaceful, welcoming studio that offers a wide range of classes/events rooted in the essence of yoga, in support of well-being and community. An absolute gem in Truckee!
Sunday morning class with Shauna is so dreamy The perfect way to start the day. I was running a few moments late and it was my first class there- they were so cool and set my space up for me 🥰 I loved the vibe!
I have been to many classes at Spirit Rebel but my favorites are the community classes on Tuesday. Kate(owner-operator) brings in many different types of local healers for some kind of movement and meditation/sound bowls. Daniella who plays the sound bowls on Tuesday occasionally is awesome. I love this place, super cozy, inviting, friendly, easy to get to and plenty of parking.
Spirit Rebel has the best classes and experiences! I went to the Restorative, Sound Bath & Massage last night and it was one of the best experiences, I have been to. Kate is great with movement and making it mindful. Wow Jacky did a great job with the massage. And Gyongi is a master at the sound.
Spirit Rebel is a warm, inviting space for community and healing. I love coming here for sound healings, women’s circles, and Kate’s kundalini yoga classes. Highly recommended for anyone to stop by and check out any offering that calls to you.
