Spirit of Texas Winery is a small winery owned by Moira & Brian McCue. They both had separate careers but wanted to do something together. They bought the property in July of 2016 and started working on turning an overgrown mesquite-filled property into a winery & vineyard. After clearing 400 mesquites, they worked on converting the existing metal barn into a beautiful tasting room using 100% reclaimed/repurposed materials that were on the property.
