I am having the worst experience i have ever had with a bank. They have locked my funds and my account because my device is not verified and when i go and try to contact them to verify the device via phone calls and messages in their app i am being ignored and not helped. do not bank here.
The manager at this location is just the worst I have ever came In contact with. I was inquiring about opening an account that I was referred by a customer there. As I was asking questions Katie ( the manager) kept coming over to the employee asking if I was going to open an account or not so that she could post it.
