The manager at this location is just the worst I have ever came In contact with. I was inquiring about opening an account that I was referred by a customer there. As I was asking questions Katie ( the manager) kept coming over to the employee asking if I was going to open an account or not so that she could post it. The girls who cash out checks need to be retrained. This location always gives me trouble, always needing to drive to a different Simmons bank location for them to do exactly what the lake woodlands location “couldn’t do” . Train them so you don’t have others waste their time like you wasted mine.
