What I experienced today with Elizabeth was Blissful. Gentle smooth strokes. Breath work. Spiritual Detox. Energy healing. Released blockages. Loved picking a card for the Oracle deck. My first Kahuna massage was the most beautiful experience. The breathing techniques she teaches you and vibe she sets beforehand go hand in hand with her massage technique. I had the pleasure of spending some time in Elizabeth's presence in a recent Kahuna Massage experience at Spirit of Kala. I call it an experience because that's exactly what it was. The entire hour I spent in that room I felt supported, loved and pampered in the most beautiful way.
