I absolutely would have recommended Spirit of Alaska up until two weeks ago. The staff are amazing. Unfortunately, now the Geist Road branch will be changing to electronic tellers and they dropped shared branching. I’m now looking for a new credit union.
Geist Road Branch has some awesome folks. They are very helpful and very professional. Marcia, Greta and Tammy can help you with anything you may need. They are knowledgeable and very patience when helping. Enjoy seeing them whenever I need to go into the branch.
Excellent customer service! I was on vacation and lost a debit card. I called into this place at like 4:30pm on a Thursday (holiday weekend). The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond. He was able to change my address and expedite me a new debit card. He personally delivered the card to the mail service to make sure that it was sent out before the weekend. I got it Monday the next week, a day before an international trip. What a lifesaver!
