My wife and I bought a new refrigerator and stove from Lowes and did not realize that they contracted with Spirit Logistics was to remove the old and install new. We ran into an issue because we were told at Lowe's that instead of putting the fridge on the truck we wanted them to let me move it in the garage once it was outside. They refused to do this after they had already taken the handles off the fridge.
