Worst delivery (from Lowe's) Left my $3950 refrigerator literally in the front yard, said there was a miscommunication when the delivery order says to setup, another review about flunky p.o.s. delivery personal, Spirit you might want to listen to your customers
Delivery for washer/dryer unit stated between 4 & 8pm. Driver came at 2pm when I was at a doctors appointment. Poor service and communication.
This is the "3rd Party" delivery company for Lowes, and this is the second time they have screwed up a delivery to my house in the last 3 months! I had a delivery scheduled, and CONFIRMED via text, for July 9, 2024 between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. At 10:10 am on July 9, 2024, I received a phone call that the delivery truck had a "mechanical failure" and my delivery would be about 4 hours late.
