Horrible. The person that answers the phone is just awful, unprofessional and could care less if your appliance is not delivered. Her favorite answer is “I don’t know” and will hang up the phone or when you call she will simply drop the call. These people will schedule an appliance delivery and never show up nor communicate with you. My appliance insurance agent from American Home Shield tried to call and same thing, she kept dropping the call. BAD EXPERIENCE

HORRENDOUS! They don't show up, they can't find their trucks or delivery people, the office staff has no idea what is going on - long story short - find out who is going to deliver your appliance before placing the order - RUN if you hear "Spirit" - RUN. I can't believe large corporations don't vet the final company representing their brands. Amateur hour at best.

Awful. They subcontract their work. The subcontractor not only incorrectly installed my dishwasher but damaged the garbage disposal. When I called to ask them how they can help the customer service lady named "Stacy" or "Stacie" was less than helpful. She spoke in a passive aggressive manner and did the bare minimum to help get me to the right person to talk to.
