I had a very disappointing experience with one of the owners, Megan. My appointment was canceled because I had not paid a $40 no-show fee. I explained that I would prefer to have the fee added to my next visit, especially since I have been a regular client for over a year, but my request was not accommodated. The owner and physio Jen were great to communicate with. I do however stand by my initial review that tbe front desk needs to learn to communicate clearer and know what the actual protocols are. We were put in a hard spot when we were told that my son could not be seen due to his gender, he is 4.
If I could give zero stars I would. This review has nothing to do with the actual service provided as after talking to two people and happily rescheduling an appt they needed to move I was informed my son could not be seen due to his gender. It has been asked and confirmed at the time of booking that he was 4 and therefore the appointment would be fine. This has now set my son’s treatment back.
