Wanted to open savings and IRA account and they didn’t want to work with me (did not have patience) with the paperwork needed for a rollover of the IRA I went to do this in September still not rolled over…they were too busy with their conversion so I said forget it I’ll go somewhere else.
My car loan was originally $200 and after miscommunication with my insurance they changed my monthly payments to $800 which is insane. After giving them all of the insurance information they only lowered my monthly payment back down to $550 which is still insane for my piece of shit car. As far as dealing with the bank i can never get ahold of them they either don’t answer or just put you on hold forever but if they need something from you they will blow your phone up multiple times a day. I’ve been waiting at the drive through for 30 minutes now just to make a withdrawal. You guys need to support people working the window more seriously. It shouldn’t take this long.
I have been a member of hiway for 6+ plus years and I have never had an issue with getting the help I need if I call. Now omgness you might as well don’t call because you won’t get a person to talk and all I needed was a password reset. This is ridiculous
