Wanted to open savings and IRA account and they didn’t want to work with me (did not have patience) with the paperwork needed for a rollover of the IRA I went to do this in September still not rolled over…they were too busy with their conversion so I said forget it I’ll go somewhere else.
My car loan was originally $200 and after miscommunication with my insurance they changed my monthly payments to $800 which is insane. After giving them all of the insurance information they only lowered my monthly payment back down to $550 which is still insane for my piece of shit car. I’ve been waiting at the drive through for 30 minutes now just to make a withdrawal. You guys need to support people working the window more seriously. It shouldn’t take this long.
I have been a member of hiway for 6+ plus years and I have never had an issue with getting the help I need if I call. Now omgness you might as well don’t call because you won’t get a person to talk and all I needed was a password reset. This is ridiculous
