Never answer phone calls hate blaze , spire was way better .blaze never helps customer needs or wants worse bank I will be going else where
I loved the mobile banking until it was changed. Their current mobile banking format is terrible. Used to be so easy to manage all your accounts. Now I cannot see half of my accounts. Harder to navigate instead of the old style of a large simple master menu. I cannot manage my money effectively anymore. Throwing my financial system out of wack. Do not open with them I hate that they change into blaze because nothing works, customer service never answers and not helpful at all when they do. I’m closing with this bank. Spire was better off by themselves. App doesn’t even work and paying off credit cards the balence doesn’t show correct you have to keep track by yourself. Nothing works and this bank sucks now closing ASAP
