I just had a very negative experience at the Princeton Branch. I went inside to do basic banking. Ended up standing in line for minimum 15 minutes. One customer ahead of me left because she was tired of waiting. There were 2 tellers both working with customers. There were 2 at window Teller. Nobody acknowledging growing wait line inside. There were probably 10 people in line when I left. Finally one of the window teller's opened 3 rd window but of course long issue customers were done.
UTV loan process is super easy, highly recommended if purchasing something from a 3rd party and/or a dealer and want to use your own financing.
Went to Blaze in Princeton this afternoon to help my granddaughter open an account. Stood in a long line, only 2 tellers working the counter, just to be told we had to make an appt and they had no appts available. Yet, 3 people sitting in offices doing NOTHING! You lost our business. Went to another institution to open the account. As large as your facility is and you cant help people the same day. You need to do better.
