Horrible horrible. We decided to go with them for a car loan that we were getting. The loan officer was completely unprofessional and did not know her job...at all. She demanded almost $1,000 for something completely inaccurate, a title they didn't even have. And would not process the loan without that payment. She caused extreme problems with our transaction. And made the our purchase extremely difficult. DO NOT go with Blaze! I have had to take off 2 days of work lost out on money to fix a problem she created. Lesson learn... read more
Damn they switch names then I got hacked now I haven't had full access to my bank in 3 days thought i had i fixed yesterday now cant set a pin and am sitting on hold to try and talk to someone Update spent 1 hr on hold to just finally hang up cause I don't have the time or patience to waist another full day trying to get something figured out with the account that i already spent 2 or 3 hours in the bank working on and was told I was good to go
I have been with the credit union for 40 years, I have moved from Elk River to Zimmermann and now Princeton, I think this is our final move. I have been so happy, even throughout the name changes. The staff is so friendly and helpful, I love it when I am recognized by name, it really makes me feel like family. I wouldn't even think of changing banks! Keep doing what you're doing what you're doing. It works! Thank you to staff for another great year.
