I absolutely love the service I get at Blaze Credit Union. The staff in the Pine City location are helpful and responsive. This branch is also very clean and welcoming to walk into. Their app is so easy to use too. I have my own checking/savings, my kids have their accounts, I have a credit card, and two personal loans through Blaze that I can look at and manage anytime I want to. I also can skip venmo to transfer money to my mom or my sister through the Blaze app (both of whom also bank at Blaze). I highly recommend Blaze!

It's a bank, a place to store money... Idk, reasonable service & an easy to use app/website. Easy to transfer money between accounts as needed. Not much else to say about it. (I did get a free $200 bucks though, so I guess that's nice).

This bank is absolutely ridiculous. First off since when do u have to create a "profile" to cash a check at the bank the check is drawn on?? And second ur employee told me to sign the check over to a third party so I could cash it. Then she still wouldn't cash it. Told me to come back during the week and they would cash it, then the bank refused to cash it because it was a 3rd party check!! Ur employee told me to sign it over!!! What a joke this bank is.

Been on hold for 15 min. And again for 8. Nuttin. Is there a local phone number for a local bank? Update, 01-10-25 Fabulous service by Andrew, helped me sort my mothers banking needs and provided me with a direct phone number as well. Thanx!
