Tellers and front office people are fantastic people! They are always very friendly and helpful. I can’t say the same about other personnel. They threatened a 79 year old man who confused his accounts and wound up with several overdrafts on the accounts. No empathy, no reaching out to see if there was a problem. No, just threaten an old man with closing all his accounts. This has saddened me so very much. I loved Twin City and Spire. Maybe I should just go back to postal money orders.
Online customer service was able to fix the problem of the app not letting me sign in and did it with complete professionalism. Got a callback from my local branch to reaffirm the issue was fixed. Excellent people to deal with.
I've been with Blaze (Spire) for a few years now and I've enjoyed the service. While I can't speak on loans or things of the like, it works well for a simple checking/saving account. Staff were helpful when I was younger and didn't really understand banking, getting a card, or depositing checks. For the Mora location specifically it's got plenty of parking, a teller available, and it's a clean environment
