Unreal. I went to refinance a $2,500 predatory loan with a 35.51% interest rate, as a member of this CU. I was declined, with an $87,000+ income and less than 40% debt to income ratio with all the proofs. That is NOT a financial institution that in any way shape or form gives a crap about it’s own member. The banker actually was smiling and laughing to which I was shaking upset. They lie to you about loan information and don’t give you actual numbers until they finally contact you to come sign documents almost 2 months after you apply. Constantly place holds on direct deposit or take until end of business day to credit. Don’t have the same business hours listed on the website. Absolutely disgusting “customer service”.
