Do not bank here. They take people through too many hoops to get approved for loans. They will be soon switching names, probably to try to redeem themselves from all these bad reviews!! My son who is now 19 has banked with this place since he 16. This was his first bank account when he started working. He has been at his job for almost 3 years. He has had their credit card as well. I started banking at Electrus until Spire bought them. Spire changed into Blaze so I have been banking with blaze since then for a total of around 30 years with this institution. Recently I had to update my banking information for Treasury Direct. I had to have a document signed and certified by Blaze. My appointment was with Dawn at the Maple Grove office and she took care of what I needed and much more. My HUSBAND has been DECEASED over 2 yrs & Blaze is to this day!! Sending Promotional junk addressed to him!!!Personable service is NOT had here. They are holding my deceased husbands Account hostage. Even with a DEATH Certificate they will NOT close the accout for me ???? They do NOT use your name Like the commercials say NOT once!!! The manager at the Maple Grove branch Is the WORST!!!
