I have had an account at Blaze for several months. Today I made an appointment with a personal banker and wanted to add my husband to the account. I was told I can't do this without him being there because she needed to see his ID. I wanted to make it easy for him by having all the paperwork ready for him to sign when he stopped in. I left. Worst credit union I’ve ver banked with. They limit your accounts, hold & steal your money. Had my wallet and $3000 used on my debit card and they gave me $800 back. Absolute robbery.
Blaze credit union has to be the worst credit union! From the moment you need customer support, it’s the worst. They placed forced placed insurance on a car loan that was already totaled and a claim made by them! Called weekly to have them ask the same questions over. No one could get a manager to fix the issue, they just sent an email “escalating the issue” to have another week go by. I could never speak to the manager because they didn’t know who it was. Complete joke! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLAZE CREDIT UNION!
Poor and most unreliable service. I was closing on my house and I went in to get a credit card statement print out because their online banking was down. The teller just refused me straight up. I tried to ask for help to assist me with online, but I was denied before I could complete my sentence. He told me I have to contact their credit card department and keep repeating that phrase like I was an idiot and did everything he could to get me to leave. I have had nothing but problems with blaze since I opened an account!! Keep getting locked out of my online banking and when you call and leave messages for them to call you back they don't. So then today I go to my maple grove branch to get unlocked again and the rude guy at the front counter blatantly and boldly rolled his eyes at me when I told him I'm ready to take my money to a different bank because the customer service here is terrible and their online banking is absolutely horrendous.
