Recommendedopened up a account today for my 16yr old son. The banker was very nice, explained the whole process, and answered all of our questions. Great experience at the Hwy 10 Elk River Spire bank.
Spire credit Union Elk River Saturday crew (11/23/19) really needs to work on their customer service and not talk to you with an attitude in their voice. We get that you have now made the inside lane ATM only but that needs to be clearly stated on a sign somewhere instead of being rude to your customers about it.
RecommendedLove the overall quality of service at Spire Credit Union. Only complaint is the wait time at the Woodbury drive thru. More often than not, it can be very long even when I am the only person in line.
Our company credit union merged with Spire a few years ago, worst decision that was ever made. Spire has the worst loan department I have ever dealt with. Rude and do not listen to what is being presented by the customer. Save yourself the future disappointment as I moved my business to Affinity CU and have had the best service ever. Hey Dan, Park the truck and work on training your people in customer service!
times at the drive thru and customer service at the drive thru are horrible. I've started using a stop watch to time the transactions. I've watched the milling around behind the window, laughing & wandering, while I wait... I told my boss about the wait time and the poor customer service, so he took a deposit last week, 11 minutes and a snotty remark " we ARE busy"...
