it’s going to be my new life mission to get everyone to transfer out of this absolute, terrible credit union. They simply can’t do a simple task. I’ve had nothing but issues ever since having a loan with them I will never ever finance anything or recommend this place to anybody. I absolutely cannot wait to refinance my loan.. If I could give this place a -5 star review, I would !
This place has gone so far downhill, I plan on moving all my accounts somewhere else. Today, while paying for my groceries my debit card was declined. Cashier asked if I had Blaze, I said yes, they replied their system is down. Been down multiple times. Just fantastic to use a credit union where you can't access your money. Customer service is a joke, no call backs. Deplorable interest rates. You know it's bad when you're CU starts treating you like just a number like a corporate bank.
Hey Blaze corporate, get someone in charge to get this broken mobile app fixed already or I'm leaving!!! Nobody can do mobile deposits and this is 2025! I'm not driving all the way to a bank to stand in line for a half hour to deposit a check. This has been going on for over a year and could have been fixed in a matter of hours.

I had SR22 insurance they knew it from time of purchase they placed there insurance on my car 3 times any only paid me back in full for only one of the times . Richfield towed my car for 2 inches of snow went to retrieve my vehicle spire had moved it to a different tow lot . Jim lynch was the only person I was allowed to speak with the whole time I was dealing with insurance . And it was at the peek of Covid .
