Hands down the most horrific employees at this bank. Avoid like the plague. Maple grove has 100 banks. Go somewhere else.
They have help me with my journey so much as a teen and they help me mange my stuff and keep it organized! Blaze is amazing and I recommend it to any teens out there and even adults!
I now understand why this bank has such low reviews—I just had the worst customer service experience of my life. I will be moving my loan elsewhere and will never return. My experience with Gary Stevenson and several of his team members was extremely disappointing. When I called to make a loan payment, I was shocked to be told to "call back the next day" rather than being helped immediately. This is unacceptable for any financial institution, especially one handling customers' loans. Good luck, guys.
Dodged a bullet there when I went in to open a account and was told it's lunch time and to come back at 2. Obviously don't want me to have a account there. Attitude and poor service. Glad I never opened a account there.
