Poor and most unreliable service. I was closing on my house and I went in to get a credit card statement print out because their online banking was down. The teller just refused me straight up. I tried to ask for help to assist me with online, but I was denied before I could complete my sentence. He told me I have to contact their credit card department and keep repeating that phrase like I was an idiot and did everything he could to get me to leave. I have had nothing but problems with blaze since I opened an account!! Keep getting locked out of my online banking and when you call and leave messages for them to call you back they don't. So then today I go to my maple grove branch to get unlocked again and the rude guy at the front counter blatantly and boldly rolled his eyes at me when I told him I'm ready to take my money to a different bank because the customer service here is terrible and their online banking is absolutely horrendous. People have to quit blaming shorter hours on fast food restaurants, banks, credit unions, etc. They cannot find anyone to WORK! The manager at my credit union was the only one working one day so she had to close the drive-thru. She interviewed potential workers but most asked if they could work from home!!! She said at a bank, can you imagine that? Big box stores are the same! Shelves are even bare. They expect most will and do shop from home and drive-up to pick-up. Ive banked here for years and never once had a bad experience until today. I went in to ask about the mobile banking & the lady that spoke with me right off the bat came at me with an attitude saying there was a new app. I told her I never got anything saying there was a new app to which she replied again with an attitude that emails were sent out (never received an email) and pamphlets were sent in the mail.
