People have to quit blaming shorter hours on fast food restaurants, banks, credit unions, etc. They cannot find anyone to WORK! The manager at my credit union was the only one working one day so she had to close the drive-thru. She interviewed potential workers but most asked if they could work from home!!! She said at a bank, can you imagine that? Big box stores are the same! Shelves are even bare. They expect most will and do shop from home and drive-up to pick-up. Ive banked here for years and never once had a bad experience until today. I went in to ask about the mobile banking & the lady that spoke with me right off the bat came at me with an attitude saying there was a new app. I told her I never got anything saying there was a new app to which she replied again with an attitude that emails were sent out (never received an email) and pamphlets were sent in the mail. this place is just a deposit and withdrawal bank building. nothing more and nothing else. no other services offer. never see any bankers in sight, just a few rude tellers ... worst bank building and workers. would not recommend this bank building to anyone... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME if you are seeking any other services besides doing a deposit/withdrawal.
I have banked at spire and really loved the banking experience. Well, Dan Stoltze better jump in his old truck and go down and clean house. This place sucks now. They call it blaze because it's a Damm dumpster fire. I have been on hold for 30 min waiting to talk to someone and have been in the chat que as long. Uh...down to 38th in chat now. What a joke, when I get the money back they stole for a new 7.50/month fee. I am closing my account. Associated bank it is.
