I found Breathwork and Tania in 2022. A friend of mine had just done a one-on-one session with her, and i’d never seen their eyes to clear before! I did 10 one-on-one sessions with her, and then made the decision to join her 2 year + Spiraldance Breathwork Practitioner Certification. This somatic healing modality has helped me to process experiences and stuck energies in my body quicker than talk therapy, and without having to relive those experiences. So grateful for breathwork and for Tania!
What an incredible experience my breathwork session was… the next day I felt like I was floating on a cloud! Tania’s guidance during the session was so nurturing and supportive.
