I quit going there after 3 good years. terrible experience with Melissa on 1st meet with her she was derogatory and snarky and unprofessional, all in front of her trainee. beyond a horrible experience with her. so now they wont let me continue assisted maintenance, which I paid double price for the help. said I didn't meet their "protocols ". even with 3 managers involved it didn't matter. after 5 1/2 years of my back injury, I know my limitations, and I'm not willing to reinjure myself just because they wont assist me with ... read more
