I have my physical therapy at this office the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly also the facility was kept very clean and welcoming. I especially want to give a shout out to Luis,Pablo, Chris, Daniel and yang they helped me understand what exactly I was doing awesome set of therapist. I highly recommend spine and sports and Lemon Grove thanks again.
They can't be trusted to get paperwork done correctly (or at all in my case) for the VA. Instead of someone taking accountability for not submitting the required paperwork, they want to blame the VA. Clinical/office managers know how these things work & should be doing their very best to help patients through the process. Not just try & shift blame. Very disappointed in how I was treated. It makes me question if I really want my health in their hands anyways.
I always have a good session with all trainer I had Yan today he was great.
