I am a Pilates instructor if 10+ years and a former D1 athlete - Spine and Sport Physical Therapy Dana Point os the beat around. Is the closest to a training room I have found since I got out of college and men do I miss the training room! Spine and Sport is hands-on and adaptive. Nick and his team are super knowledgeable when it comes to PT. Each session is uniquely crafted to fit my needs and address my injuries as recovery can be up and down, and I feel like he has addressed my root cause and given me a long term plan on how to get back to pre-injury mobility. He pushes me to get stronger without overdoing it and each session I come back there are noticeable improvements. The entire team at spine and sport are great to work with and I highly recommend!
