I’ve been working with Marion to prepare for an upcoming rotator cuff surgery, and the difference between this experience and my previous rotator cuff surgery four years ago is remarkable. Nick was amazing at getting to the root of my issues with anterior tilt and shoulder tightness. Very creative exercises with great effects.
