Jeff has been working on my back to release the atrophied muscles. After 7 sessions my back feels much better, and I am able to return to exercising. Jeff really listens to your concerns and cares about his clients. Another benefit is the restlessness in my legs at night is much improved. Thanks Jeff.

My 15 year old son was having headaches, dizzy spells and pain for months after hurting his back and neck. Four sessions with Jeff and he was symptom free and able to return to the gym and all his normal activities. I've been training consistently for over 18 years and, like many active people, I’ve picked up some imbalances and persistent tight spots—mainly from muscle atrophy in certain areas and stronger muscle groups overcompensating. I highly recommend Jeff and his treatment. He is a genuine guy and is there for the right reasons. i.e. to relieve your pain. It worked for me.
