Just for the record Here was the receipt for when my brother and I purchased this machine it last less than a month and broke. This machine wasn’t purchased 6 months ago it was a month and here’s the proof. Unfortunately I tried to reason with the guy but they automatically tried to push blame on us. I would highly suggest finding a different company for your pitching machine. It unfortunate but these are the facts.
This is an addition to the review below, I purchased a 2 wheel pitching machine from them and it last 6 trips to the ball field before the wheel started shaking like crazy.(it came with a minor shake the first time I turned it on.) The company just instantly accused me of dropping it(which has never happened, for one it’s in new condition and a machine made this cheap couldn’t hold up to being dropped!) the customer service doesn’t exist and the machine won’t last one summer! The worse brand made today! Save up and spend the money on a legit company! No warranty, horrible quality!
When my son was in high school playing for a Pennsylvania 6A high school, his team practiced at an indoor facility that had a Spinball pitching machine. He hit .417 that year (just 2 points lower than a kid drafted in the first round by the Colorado Rockies). Today, he plays for Grove City College (which has a Spinball machine) and he hitting .392 after 15 games. These machines do not last, they are absolutely horrible and the company does nothing to try and resolve the electrical issues that occur. You will have these for three months, the electric box will mess up, and they will do nothing to help fix it. Do yourselves a favor, learn from our mistakes… buy a Hack Attack… it’s cheaper and better quality…
