I’d award six stars if I could. I just picked up my new Pivot Trail 429 mountain bike this evening. I stopped into the shop a couple of weeks ago to look at Pivot mountain bikes. Emily was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. After realizing the amazing deals they were offering on the Trail 429s, I stopped in the next week to buy one. Had them change the tires on my hybrid to something a little more street like. From the person that answered the phone when I initially called to the technician that did the work, courteous, professional and all around great service!

Brought my older hybrid bike into Spin Bike Shop for some tires and a tune up. I also asked them to access my bike for their opinion. It was suggested that I replace my chain and rear cassette and gears. Their suggestions and repairs made a huge difference with my bike. I would even say that it is better now then when it was brand new.

I've been here a few times for work on my bike. The first time was after my first season with the bike. I was having some issues with shifting; it was skipping or not shifting properly. I took it in, and it was mostly fixed—still had some trouble, but it was good enough for the rest of the season. I didn’t feel like waiting for it to be looked at again.
