I booked a men’s haircut with beard trim package for my husband and high hopes. The appointment time was suppose to be 10-10:45 and he was finished within 20 minutes?! A $60 total. I had to fix the length and sides at home because it was uneven. The top of his hair is now too short to curl anymore and the back was hardly touched..it’s uneven and sloppy work. The atmosphere was good. He’s friendly, the shop has the look and feel of a traditional barber shop. I went in for just a beard trim but I feel none of my directions were followed. My beard was cut too short. Not squared off and rounded. I wanted a high line up and ended being to low. Underneath my chin is uneven. There was no razor used just a trimmer, no oil for the beard, after trim as advertised, the mustache wasn’t lowered.
