Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not shop here. Michelle the Returns Representative needs to be fired immediately.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried to exchange my first order and they couldn’t do that so had to request return via email. No replies to 4 emails. Called customer service and chose return option and call was disconnected multiple times. Tried the customer service for new orders and no one picks up. Clown show
I bought two pairs of formal trousers and a formal shirt. Overly disappointed with quality and finishing. I feel the website is not representative of what one gets delivered. I will not be buying again.
I have been a customer with Spier & Mackay (S&M) for many years, and their suits and sport coats have never disappointed me. I used to be a Suit Supply customer, but after I found S&M, I have never bought another thing from Suit Supply. The quality per dollar ratio here is simply unmatched. The S&M showroom is very no-frills, but their style, fabric quality and selection are amazing. I do have a minor gripe about their jacket buttons not being sewn sturdily enough, but this is such an easy fix, it does not warrant taking off... read more
