All the reviews here about how they sideline you and dont fight for your EEOC claim and settle for nothing is true. They made me wait a year while pregnant and terminated for getting pregnant to then settled for my original severance amount but the best part is they took 33% of it waste of time and energy. Just take your severance and move on or find a real law firm! I will tell everyone to not use this firm ever.
Having a great experience working with them. My case is not settled yet so I will update review if needed, but everyone has been so nice, empathetic, fast and knowledgeable. They can answer any question and they walked me through each and every step we've taken so far. Guessing other negative reviews are from people who are already frustrated about being laid off and having a bad day. I haven't experienced anything negative with this law firm. I really appreciate them and I'm happy to have found this company.
If I would have seen the reviews before I called in I wouldn't have even bothered. However, in hindsight it became abundantly clear as to how they have 2.2 stars with Google within the first 30 seconds of talking to one of their receptionists. She was rude, ignorant, and simply awful to talk to. Do better Spielberger!! Damn!!!
Last name is Thomas. I reached to this law firm last week Friday. (4/1/26) They said 24 business hours before a lawyer call me. Monday and and went. I called back yesterday Tuesday 4/5/26. The “girl” whom answered was rude and stated, “they emailed you” we aren’t able to take take your case. It’s like, if we have to talk to someone prior and give all this info and they believe you can move forward, what happens from that point and getting to the lawyers and they say no? This Lawfirm lacks communication and follow thru, allowed the opposing party to wait out the statute of limitations and let my EEOC claim expire before advising for trial representation until literally the day of, this Lawfirm just doesn’t want to represent their clients or care to represent or protect them, and now my discrimination and wrongful termination claim is outside statute of limitations, thanks for that, I will be speaking about your firm to my public platform :) hope you enjoy the press.
