I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Spicketts Batterick during my recent house purchase. The entire process has been plagued with delays and a lack of communication, which have caused significant stress and financial burden. Despite there being no chain and us being first-time buyers, the purchase took 16 weeks to complete. There were constant delays with no explanations. Dealt mostly directly with Kathryn Gilman. Honestly she was a star, just a phone call away whenever I had a query or was stressed. Looking back, the process probably went quite smoothly though I didn't feel like that at the time, but that was my own thoughts working overtime. Thanks Kathryn, you was always calm, very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.
