Dealt mostly directly with Kathryn Gilman. Honestly she was a star, just a phone call away whenever I had a query or was stressed. Looking back, the process probably went quite smoothly though I didn't feel like that at the time, but that was my own thoughts working overtime. Thanks Kathryn, you was always calm, very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.
