Inaccessible by phone, inaccurate, vague…unless you enjoy chasing and checking everything, and essentially managing the work they’re supposed to do and keep on top of outstanding actions, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Employing this company as conveyancers almost resulted in the seller pulling out of the sale and was stressful and frustrating throughout. Still chasing some outstanding actions now that the purchase is complete. Never again
