The firm was recommended to us by our longtime family attorney, who was also an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney. Wish I had read the previous reviewer's comments (on Google) before signing up for Mr. Spicer to handle my real estate contract and closing. It took a bit of pestering before my contract was prepared and I felt like I was being the pest. No apologies were made for the delay. We're still rushing to close, and I was told today by a fellow attorney at the firm that they're busy with other clients and therefore can't get back to the lender with their review of the risks to them for certifying some of the bank's requirements.
