Customer service in this store is DISGUSTING! I purchased a teak bench last November 2018 and the one that was delivered has cracks on the top rails.... unlike the PERFECT one on display. I was promised a replacement but nothing has happened. I have been attempting contact for over 6 months and am constantly given excuses! Now told the store is in bankruptcy! I'm all for supporting local businesses but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Something will go wrong!!
Very disappointed with the whole experience. We bought a lot of furniture from the shop , paid whole lot upfront, after 3 months furniture was delivered with chipped coffee table, dining table with wrong legs (bordoeux legs ordered got twins delivered ) dining bench missing. When enquired with George and Terri I was told it will come in next shipment from Bali. Waited another 3 months with similar excuses and last month I was informed that business has been closed and there is nothing that they can do. Spent over $5k in the ... read more
